Why did I choose this as my essential question?

I decided to choose this topic to explain some things that have been contradicted in the emergency room. Some ideas people have, are that nurses take their time and get in no hurry. When you are a patient in the ER, you are there for a good amount of time and may become inpatient and think that the nurse treating you is in no hurry to help you and is in no hurry to get you better and home. The truth is, the nurses can have up to 5 or 6 patients alone and are also helping other nurses with their patients on top of that. The nurses are doing everything they can to get you in and out as quick as possible. They never take breaks or lunch without knowing someone else is there to take over their patients to get the fastest treatment possible.
